Example of our Project Management Services: - 
Full Project Management 
Our FULL Project Management service encompasses overall planning, control and co-ordination of a project from inception, to works completion and snagging sign-off, including: 
Identification of the client's requirements, project parameters and general coordination. 
Project lead-in programming, plus feasibility study and development considerations. 
Assisting with the selection and appointment of, plus management of Sub-Consultants such as Architects and Quantity Surveyors etc.  
Providing budget costs. 
Design supervision, including supervising the preparation of drawings and specifications. 
Advising on the need to obtain statutory consents. 
Manage the tendering procedure and providing phasing recommendations. 
Assisting with procurement of Contract/Contractor selection and Appointment. 
Supervising works on site including regular site meetings, plus quality and safety inspections. Pre-start meeting, plus programme, Risk and budget cost management. 
Administration of works on site including all certification, through to defects completion. 
Promoting timely completion of the project within the set budget allocation and to the required quality. 
Additionally, we can assist with CDM Principal Designer, Party Wall surveyor and other similar technical services as required. 
Project lead-in Management 
If the full Project Management service we offer is too extensive, then we can offer separate Project lead-in Management or Construction Coordination Management services, which embrace all aspects of controlling either the inception and design aspects, or the actual construction process. 
The project lead-in service includes:
